Valve bag manufacturer · Wenzhou, China

Applications

The bag has to fit the product — and the line.

Cement, fertilizer, resin, flour, minerals, feed. Each product has its own flow, density and sensitivity. We start with those behaviours, then choose the material, valve and print.

01

Cement & dry mortar

Stack strength, dust control and a premium printed face for bagged building materials.

Fine cement dust escapes at the valve, bags are stacked high on the pallet, and the printed face is part of the brand. The bag has to fill fast, hold its shape and resist corner drops.

Recommended structure

Multiwall paper / paper-plastic

What the bag must do

  • High stack strength and shape retention
  • Dust-controlled valve at the filling spout
  • Moisture protection for humid storage
  • Sharp print on kraft or white paper

02

Fertilizers

Moisture protection and UV stability for blended, granular and water-soluble fertilizers.

Fertilizer blends can be hygroscopic, and bags often spend time under sunlight or in humid warehouses. Caking and UV degradation are the usual complaints, not just bag breakage.

Recommended structure

PE / PP woven

What the bag must do

  • Moisture barrier for hygroscopic blends
  • UV stabiliser for outdoor storage
  • Anti-slip for stable 25 kg stacks
  • Vent options for products that release moisture

03

Chemicals & minerals

Clean filling and puncture resistance for fine powders, crystals and abrasive minerals.

Fine chemical powders and abrasive minerals attack seams and puncture film. Product contamination is a risk, and dust at the filling line is a safety issue.

Recommended structure

PE / paper-plastic

What the bag must do

  • Puncture-resistant co-extruded film
  • Clean, dust-controlled valve design
  • Barrier options for sensitive products
  • Industrial or food-grade material declarations

04

Resins & pellets

A clean, moisture-resistant pack for polymer pellets, compounds and masterbatch.

Polymer pellets are free-flowing and heavy. The bag must stay closed, resist puncturing from sharp granules and keep moisture away from hygroscopic grades.

Recommended structure

PE

What the bag must do

  • 25 kg standard formats
  • Strong seals and valve fit
  • Anti-slip and easy-open options
  • Consistent print for grade identification

Flour & food ingredients

Food-contact materials, reliable seals and print that meets retail and export expectations.

Food powders need documented contact materials, reliable seals and print that carries allergens, batch codes and brand identity. Grease and moisture can migrate through paper without a barrier.

Recommended structure

Multiwall paper / PE

What the bag must do

  • Food-contact paper and film options
  • Grease and moisture barriers
  • Batch, allergen and barcode print areas
  • Clean filling and dust control

Feed & agriculture

Tough, breathable or barrier bags for feed, seeds and agricultural inputs.

Feed and agricultural inputs are cost-sensitive and often handled roughly. Some products need to breathe; others need protection from rain and humidity.

Recommended structure

PP woven / paper-plastic

What the bag must do

  • Breathable or laminated PP woven
  • High-strength bottom and valve
  • Custom print for brand and usage
  • UV and anti-slip options

Filling line fit

The product is only half the specification.

A bag that performs in a lab can still leak on a high-speed packer. Spout type, fill rate, de-aeration and bag support all change the valve and film or paper build.

Read the filling-line guide
01

Spout type & diameterThe valve must fit the packer, not just the bag.

02

Fill rateFast lines need venting and valve geometry that keeps up.

03

Product flowFine powders, granules and pellets de-aerate differently.

04

Pallet patternBag shape and anti-slip affect stack stability after filling.
