Overview
Moisture-proof film bags with a self-closing valve.
PE valve bags are built from co-extruded film, with the valve welded into the bag rather than sewn on. The structure suits products that need a clean, dry pack — and a print surface that stays sharp through filling, stacking and handling.
Puncture resistance
Co-extruded structures and reinforced seals resist sharp granules, pallet corners and repeated handling.
Stable on the pallet
Block-bottom construction and optional anti-slip embossing help bags stack squarely and stay in place.
Construction
What goes into the bag.
Each layer has a job: strength, barrier, print or product contact. We specify them together so the bag performs as one structure, not a stack of materials.
Custom builds are normal. Thickness, ply count, coating and valve can be adjusted after a sample trial. Send the product data sheet and we will propose a starting structure.

Ask about PE valve bagsWhat is the difference between a corner valve and an internal sleeve valve?
A corner valve places the filling opening at the top corner of the bag. An internal sleeve valve is set into the top seam and can give a more centred fill on some packers. We recommend the valve after reviewing your spout, fill rate and bag size.
Can PE valve bags be used for food contact?
Food-contact PE grades and material declarations are available on request. Tell us the product, target market and any migration or declaration requirements before we quote.
Do you offer anti-slip PE bags?
Yes. Anti-slip embossing or additives can be added to improve pallet stability. It is most useful for stacked 25 kg bags and smooth film surfaces.
Can you match the size and print of our current bag?
Send a physical sample or a dimensioned drawing, plus artwork files if available. We measure the bag, valve and print layout and confirm a matched specification before sampling.
