Stack strength
Multiple paper plies and a block bottom create a stable bag that holds its shape under pallet loads.
2–5 ply kraft paper
Multiwall paper valve bags are built from two to five layers of sack kraft paper, with a valve that fills cleanly on high-speed packers. They are the classic choice for cement, dry mortar, gypsum, flour and other free-flowing powders that need stack strength and a premium print surface.

Overview
Multiwall paper bags are built from 2–5 plies of sack kraft. Ply count, paper grade and valve are selected together to match the fill weight, stacking height and filling line — then confirmed with a sample before production.
Multiple paper plies and a block bottom create a stable bag that holds its shape under pallet loads.
Smooth kraft or white paper takes sharp, matte print — ideal for cement, mortar and retail-facing brands.
Paper naturally releases air and moisture. Coatings, liners and PE-free options can be added for barrier or recyclability goals.
Construction
Each layer has a job: strength, barrier, print or product contact. We specify them together so the bag performs as one structure, not a stack of materials.
Custom builds are normal. Thickness, ply count, coating and valve can be adjusted after a sample trial. Send the product data sheet and we will propose a starting structure.

Specification options
These are the ranges we work with most often. Final dimensions and material weights are confirmed against your fill weight, product density, filling speed and pallet pattern.
Matching an existing bag? Send a physical sample or a dimensioned drawing. We measure the bag, valve and print layout and confirm the matched specification before sampling.
