Valve bag manufacturer · Wenzhou, China

Valve bag range

Four material systems.
One valve-bag partner.

PE, PP woven, paper-plastic and multi-layer paper. The right choice depends on what you pack, how you fill it and how the pallet travels — not on a single “best” material.

Material comparison

What each structure does well — and where it gives something up.

Use this as a starting point, not a final specification. Fill weight, product density, filling speed, storage conditions and print all move the recommendation.

How to choose

Three questions narrow the range quickly.

Before price, answer these three. They determine whether the bag protects the product, fits the filling line and survives the journey.

  1. 01
    Is the product moisture-sensitive?

If yes, start with PE or a coated/lined paper structure. If the product needs to breathe, an uncoated woven or paper bag may be better.

  2. 02
How heavy and how sharp is the load?

Heavy mineral or fertilizer loads usually point to PP woven. Fine abrasive powders need puncture-resistant film or a strong paper build.

  3. 03
What does the market expect to see?

Cement and retail flour often need a premium paper surface. Industrial resin buyers care more about barrier and clean filling than a kraft finish.

Common questions

Before you choose a material.

Still deciding? These are the questions that usually settle the structure. For anything product-specific, send the details.

Ask us directly
Which material should I choose: PE, PP, paper-plastic or paper?
PE gives the best moisture barrier for hygroscopic powders and pellets. PP woven gives high strength for granular products and heavy loads. Paper-plastic composites balance stiffness, print and moisture protection. Multiwall paper gives the best stack strength and premium print for cement, mortar and flour. We recommend a structure after reviewing your product and filling line.
Can you make custom sizes, valves and print?
Yes. Bags are made to your dimensions, gusset, valve type and print artwork. Send a sample or drawing if you are matching an existing bag. Print is available in up to 6 colours depending on the substrate.
What is your minimum order quantity?
Typically from 5,000 bags per size and print design, depending on structure. We can discuss smaller trial quantities for a first order, but the unit price will reflect the shorter run.

Not sure which bag fits?

Send the product. We will narrow the range.

Tell us what goes in the bag, how much it weighs and how it is filled. We will recommend a structure and a sample plan — before you commit to production.
