High-strength woven bags for granular products.
PP woven valve bags combine a strong fabric with a laminated or breathable finish. The build is selected around the load, the moisture sensitivity of the product and the print quality the market expects — not just the fabric weight.
Breathable or barrier
Uncoated fabric lets moisture escape. Laminated fabric adds a moisture barrier and a smooth print surface.
Efficient logistics
Bags pack flat before filling and stack well after filling, keeping freight and warehouse costs under control.
Construction
What goes into the bag.
Each layer has a job: strength, barrier, print or product contact. We specify them together so the bag performs as one structure, not a stack of materials.
Custom builds are normal. Thickness, ply count, coating and valve can be adjusted after a sample trial. Send the product data sheet and we will propose a starting structure.

Ask about PP woven valve bagsWhen should I choose uncoated instead of laminated PP?
Choose uncoated fabric when the product needs to release moisture or when breathability matters. Choose lamination when you need moisture protection, a smoother print surface or better stiffness for stacking.
Can you print photographic artwork on PP woven bags?
Yes. BOPP lamination gives a smooth surface for detailed graphics, gradients and barcodes. We check artwork resolution, colour separation and print position before production.
Are PP woven valve bags strong enough for 50 kg?
They can be, but the fabric weight, lamination, valve and bottom construction must be specified together. Send the fill weight, product bulk density and pallet pattern so we can recommend a build.
Do you supply bags with UV protection?
UV stabilisers are available for bags stored outdoors or used in high-sunlight markets. Tell us the expected storage time and conditions.
