Dimensional check
Width, length, gusset, bottom and valve position are measured against the approved drawing.
Quality & factory
A valve bag has only a few ways to fail: a weak seam, a valve that does not fit, a film that punctures or a print that rubs off. Our QC plan is built around those failure modes.
Process control
Checks are placed where a problem can still be corrected — not only at the end of the line. The sequence below is the standard path; the exact test plan is agreed in the quotation.
Resin, film, paper, fabric and ink are checked against the approved specification and lot information.
Thickness, grammage, lamination bond and print are monitored during extrusion, weaving, lamination and printing.
Bag dimensions, valve position, seam strength and bottom construction are checked against the approved sample.
Filled samples are drop and stack tested; print, valve function and packing count are confirmed before loading.
Batch identification links the finished pallet to the production run and the material lots used.
Test plan
Not every order needs every test. We agree the plan with you, based on the product, the filling line and the market. These are the checks we use most often.
Width, length, gusset, bottom and valve position are measured against the approved drawing.
The valve is checked against the agreed spout dimensions and opened and closed repeatedly.
PE seals, laminated seams and pasted paper joints are pulled and inspected for consistent bonding.
Filled samples are dropped on the base, side and corner to expose weak seams and film punctures.
Filled bags are stacked to the agreed pallet height and checked for deformation and stability.
Printed areas are checked for coverage, registration and adhesion on the actual substrate.
Barrier film, coating and liner integrity are checked when the product is moisture-sensitive.
Material declarations and food-contact documentation are prepared when specified in the quotation.
Third-party certifications and market-specific declarations are quoted separately. Tell us the destination and compliance requirement before the order is placed so we can confirm what is available for the material.
Documentation
Export orders need more than bags. We prepare the commercial and technical documents agreed in the quotation so the shipment can clear and the specification can be verified.

Packing & export
Bags are packed for the journey, not just for the warehouse. We confirm bale or carton configuration, pallet pattern and container loading before the order ships.
Flat-packed bales or cartons protect the bags and keep handling efficient. Bale weight and labels are agreed per order.
Pallet dimensions, stack height and corner protection are set to suit the container and the destination warehouse.
Container loading is checked against the packing list. We ship from Ningbo / Shanghai with the export documents agreed in the quote.
